When will my order be shipped? Orders are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? You'll be given an estimated turn around time from the time your order ships. When the order label is created, you'll be emailed the tracking number.
Do you ship internationally? Currently we only ship nationally.
What if I do not receive my order? Should you not received you order, please email us at dougiebunservice@dougiebuncorp.com and we will review the issue. In rare instances, packages can be lost. If this is the case, we will work to replace your order if it is in fact lost.
Are your product(s) a health food? While we strive to use healthy natural ingredients as much as possible, we are not marketed as a health food. We will always commit to making our products as delicious and healthy where possible.
Are all of your ingredients natural? No, however a lot of the ingredients we use are natural.
Do you offer refunds? Generally speaking we do not offer refunds however if there are issues with your order, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Can I order when you are out of stock? Yes, we've activated pre-orders for when we are out of stock.
How can I be notified when you are restocked? If you have subscribed to receive emails from our store, you will be notified by email. You may also pre-order when are are out of stock.
What is the general time frame for the store to restock? Generally speaking it takes about 2 to 3 weeks to restock.
I've subscribed for reoccurring orders. Will I be charged when you are out of stock? If you've subscribed for reoccurring orders, you will be charged and your order will be processed once we are restocked.
